I personally would love the cap use bonus dropped for a nos bonus. Right now you can only nos down to your cap state. what if amarr ships got a bonus letting them nos an enemy closer to 0% based on skill level. Just an idea.

I would love ambulation it was one of the things I loved about Earth and beyond and it's why I initially didn't play Eve. The idea of a game where you never left your ship was not appealling. I'd love for it to be implemented.
